Hand rolling tobacco has been discontinued by some brands, such as JPS Players Hand Rolling Tobacco, Virginia Pure: Fine Cut Hand Rolling Tobacco, and Rasta Chill Hand Rolling/Tubing Tobacco. However, other brands still offer hand rolling tobacco, such as JPS Rolling tobacco. Since September 2016, the price of loose tobacco is the same as manufactured cigarettes due to taxation changes.
