Tight draw, almost plugged when first bought. They do loosen after being stored in humidor for about a year. Smooth, mild to med flavour. Gets hot towards end, maybe as a result of having to draw sooo hard.
Initially very good, but goes blunt after repeated use. Ideal for casual smoker or someone on a tightish budget.
The milder brother of this line. Blended with a sweet and mellow Connecticut wrapper and the best aged Dominican and Honduras filler. David - C.Gars Ltd Cigar Ambassador
I smoked one of these last saturday having let it rest in my humidor for a month or so. I last had one some years ago and enjoyed it then and certainly enjoyed this one. Absolutely perfect quality construction, a really aesthetically pleasing stick. Right from being lit you are rewarded with such sweet creamy tasting smoke with that Cuban slightly citrusy spice type taste in the background. As you progress the flavour turns slightly nutty and becomes more leather-like towards the end. No burn issues at all and lasted a good 45 minutes plus! I smoked it down to the nub until my fingers started to burn and I still didn't want to chuck it away. World class cigar for it's (and any other to be honest) size!
