These seem to be a good early morning cigar. Anything that is too heavy tasting would drown out the subtle flavors that exist. Good but not great. written by mmeadows

A good cigar, I was slightly worried when I chose this cigar as it felt slightly dry and a touch loosely packed but I pressed on and was not disappointed. The pre light smell was of cocoa and a bit of farmyard, on lighting it was very peppery which worried me as I dont like too much pepper but again I soldierd on. The pepper faded after 5-8 minutes into dark chocolate which stayed until the end where caramel and cream faded in and out. The draw was good as was the burn with no correction needed. A lovely lovely cigar if you persevere with it. There are better cigars for the price but not many.
