this is a first review on c,gars for me and it is with pleasure to share the experience of this fine cigar which in my opinion is by far the best in the romeo & julieta range although not my favourie smoke it would not go amiss in any aficionado's collection with its mellow and earthy draw and deep chocolaty taste i always find myself savouring every last draw with which i enjoy best with a good glass(or bottle!)of cabernet sauvignon although which cigar would not, enjoy.. written by k.peacock

Tried this last night and surprisingly blown away. Good looking wrapper and with a great construction and colour, opened it up with a V cut - the initial flavours coming through were wood, earth and toasted nuts before developing into a rich latte. Finished with a faint spiciness. Developed a lengthy ash too. Top end medium strength it leftt a noticeablely creamy-dry feel on the palate with no unpleasant aftertastes. Large RG provided a very relaxed smoke - well over an hour so this is one not to rushed but rather savoured. Burn line went off tangent a couple of times from the midway point but nothing too serious and easily correctable. No other touch ups required. Overall an excellent cigar - with its decent price point I have a feeling this could well become my Friday night staple from now on. 5/5

Better than last years Hermoso 2 EL, it's quite a spicy cigar with alot of dark flavours of dry earth, espresso, some dark chocolate style flavours and the odd hints of nuttyness now and then. I tasted no "green" flavours or harshness, and it didn't have the maduro sweet taste which many do. Very enjoyable and I nubbed it thoroughly without problem. These are enjoyable now, but naturally have good potential for ageing, I definately recomend giving them a try :). written by A. Dyer

Totally hand made in Italy. This time with a 25% of Nicaraguan tobacco in the blend that add and extra kick and dark coffee and leather notes that compliment the other 75% of Italian tobacco. David - C.Gars Ltd Cigar Ambassador

Lovely looking cigar, a pleasant smoke. A tad brasher than the normal R&J. A tad more expensive than the normal R&J, not sure its worth it. Got enough spike to them to indicate a bit of aging potential, Im no expert, but I would have thought around 5 years would see an improvement. Dont break the bank to get to them. written by Asgard.t
