This 2016 Orchant Selection RC was one of the finest Bolivars I've ever smoked, not just Royal Coronas. Absolutely gorgeous - rich, complex flavours with a steady progression from medium to full bodied. What really stands out is how beautifully balanced the flavours are, as if a lot older than 1 year, displaying rich creamy coffee and cocoa with a light peppery spice developing in oily headiness and a slight salty tang along with occasional hints of dried fruit, brown sugar and leather. Draw and burn were superb and it smoked right to the fingertips before getting hot.
