im new to cigars, ive tryed maybe 10 or so cigars but this is the smoothist cigar ive had so far 10 out of 10 .off to order more ..

I bought this humidor to get me started in storing cigars. I do intend to buy a much bigger nicer one in the future, but for now this should do. When I took the hygrometer out a piece of the outside burl peeled away with it. I was extremely dissapointed as been looking forward to getting it set up. I also noticed that when you adjust the hygrometer the needle moves but then pings stright back to where it was when you take the screwdriver out. I emailed customer servie around 9pm on a Sunday night. This is where this review really picks up. I receieved a reply within a few minutes and the customer serives since then has been the best I have ever had anywhere! In all this seems to be a pretty average piece of equipment, but fine to get you started. But I can not recomend CGars customer service enough. Thank you guys!!

I've had two of these now and I have to say I'm really impressed. A short smoke (obviously) so great for chilly winter evenings if one is forced to smoke outside; at the pub for example. Nice, subtle flavours, plenty of smoke and burns evenly and consistently with a very firm ash and feel. Just feels nicely constructed in general, really. I shall be trying some of this brand's others next.

First ever cigar - was great! Friends loved them too. Lasted for ages and tastes great... Defo worth the investment!
