Reviews for Chinchalero Picadillos Cigar - Box of 24

This is a real treat, I am a big fan of the Specially Selected Robustos, and this carries a lot of its bigger brothers sweetness, along with an impeccable draw and real appeal. I would concur with almost all the positive reviews in terms of flavour, mine was bursting with vanilla, camarmel and as another reviewer mentions, a biscuity taste too. A real pleaser and one I will make sure I am never without. By the way, this one had been in the humidor for about 18months and was very smooth and creamy indeed.

i got a box of these, but i smoke one as a sampler and i was so impressed thats why i bought a box. Flavors are nice quite well put toghether aroma comes outta that box is impressive draw was nice and smooth(cold draw was aromatic too), transitions were smooth and nice not pungent not sudden they do have an extra band tho saying: La Casa DeL Habano and they are called Elegantes...so i think they stand to the name in my book.

For its size and type this was a really lovely cigar. A sweet taste on the lips purely from the wrapper, but the smoke taste itself was very nice in my opinion, the 1st half was much better and had a toffee like taste, was creamy and smooth. The 2nd half was much stronger, creaminess had gone and a very smoked wood taste. A contrast to say the least! Ash would naturally fall around the 1 inch mark. The cut can be a little tricky given the size so keep an eye on that and be careful. Draw was very good with an even burn and I even decided to not use the torch and to for matches instead. Certainly a cigar that could be a daily one and maybe for that faster smoke. Took me about 30 minutes but Im a cool and slow smoker. Overall a great cigar 8/9 out of 10.
